Name: ProfileChangeTlv
Purpose: Structure used to store Profile Change TLV Value.
Members: TlvPresent - boolean indicating the presence of the TLV in the QMI response profileType - Identifies the type of the profile 0 - 3GPP 1 - 3GPP2
profileInx - Index identifying the profile 1-16 valid for 3GPP profile type (9x15 and before) or 1-24 valid for 3GPP profile type (9x30 and onwards) 101-106 valid for 3GPP2 profile type
